The students have been tasked with interviewing three adults to ask their opinions on the war between the United States and Iraq. See the instructions attached below.

MLC is hosting our annual Thanksgiving food drive to support Food Share. Students should bring in non-perishable items and drop them off in their Core 1 class. There will be a prize for the Core 1 class (in each grade) that contributes the most items. Please make a contribution to this important cause!

DUE: Tuesday, November 20th

Despite several setbacks, including hurricanes, snow storms, and half-days, the students are finishing writing their research papers this week in class. Students should be bringing a flash drive with them to save their work. This will also allow them to continue to write their papers at home as needed.

This year marks our first student council in the middle school. Today I passed out forms to students interested in running for office. These forms need to be completed and handed in to me. I've attached the forms below for reference.
